quitter

Failure is not the only punishment for laziness; there is also the success of others.

Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.

Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.

Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough.

People are fond of spouting out the old cliché about how Van Gogh never sold a painting in his lifetime. Somehow his example serves to justify to us, decades later, that there is somehow merit in utter failure.
Perhaps, but the man did commit suicide.

Ninety-nine percent of all failures come from people who have the habit of making excuses.

So are you calling yourself a quitter and a failure? Last time I checked you were the most determined person I've ever known... in anything and everything you do.
Lets see..some things i consider you NOT a failure for...
1. you moved out of your "rut" here in cincy.. first to LA then to IL
2. you fell in love and got MARRIED
3. you have wicked adorable puppies
4. you're pretty dang good at making webpages
5. people are envious of your photography talents
6. you are definitly one of the top (if not the very top) on my list of best hugs
7. you like blue ice cream
8. you have a great old man wheezing laugh (I miss this greatly)
9. you scare people when they first meet you (or used to..just ask scotty... i think its funny)
10. your love for your friends is unconditional

Thats just to name a few.
I love you and miss you so much. I'm trying to stop askign you to come home... but its hard. We havent forgotten about you and nobody can take your place.

ok bye
